“Create the highest, grandest vision possible for your life because you become what you believe.” — Oprah

Heartbreaking Statistics Do Not Budge

We continue to see an underrepresentation of women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. The STEM workforce for women stands at 24% in the US, 17% in the EU, 16% in Japan, and 14% in India, according to MIT.

The lack of DEI limits the entire STEM industry in the AI innovation era.

Do we need a shift in funding to make this happen?

Scholarships to the STEM boot camps in summer are a good start.
